R. Cameron Cooke is the award-winning, USA Today bestselling author of naval and historical thrillers. His first novel, PRIDE RUNS DEEP, won the 2006 International Thriller Writers' "Thriller" Award for Best Paperback Original. He is a former navy lieutenant commander, who served on nuclear-powered attack submarines and wore the Gold Dolphin insignia of a fully qualified submarine officer. He also writes under the pen name Aiden Crisp. He lives in the Southwest where he is at work on his next novel.
