The first is that 66% of potassium nitrate, 16% of ordinary sulfur, and 18% of coal must be taken. Made in accordance with this recipe gunpowder Ц the most powerful. That's why it is used more often than others. The second recipe is somewhat different: you need to take 50% potassium nitrate, 25% sulfur, and 25% coal. The gunpowder produced according to this recipe is somewhat thinner than the first one. The third recipe is: 70% potassium nitrate, 10% sulfur, and 20% coal. This gunpowder explodes unimportantly, and therefore is used quite rarely. Black gunpowder is desirable granulated. This significantly improves it's properties. Granulated gunpowder explodes much better than usual. For granulation, it is necessary to pour gunpowder ethyl alcohol and stir the resulting mixture to a state of homogeneous mass. Then they wake up through a large sito. The resulting pellets are dried at room temperature.
Ninja gunpowder. This gunpowder is used for the production of light-and-smoke grenades. The synthesis of it is very simple. Take ordinary black gunpowder made according to the third recipe shown here (70% potassium nitrate, 10% sulfur, 20% coal). Then add the magnesium powder. Proportions should be taken as: 90% gunpowder and 10% magnesium powder.
Smokeless gunpowder. This tool is made this way. It is necessary to take sulfuric acid with a concentration of 90%, nitric acid with the same concentration, and among other things well-dried ammonium nitrate and medical cotton wool. From the equipment you will need only a flask and a glass stick. To begin with, it is necessary to mix in equal proportions ammonium nitrate, sulfuric and nitric acid. This mixture is properly stirred. After that, the medical cotton wool is immersed there. This latter should be properly impregnated with the liquid in the flask. In total, the cotton wool should be kept in an acid mixture for 30 minutes. Then it is taken out of the flask, washed with water and dried at room temperature. Medical cotton wool as a result of such manipulations acquires the ability to detonate.
Aluminium gunpowder. This explosive detonates with a very bright flash. Therefore, it is used to make blinding grenades. Synthesis is simple. It is necessary to take 7 parts of potassium or sodium nitrate, 2 parts sulfur, as well as 2 parts aluminium powder. All components must be well shredded and dried. There is also a second recipe for aluminium powder. Here you need to take 2 parts of nitrate, 1 part sulfur and 2 parts aluminium powder. This composition is less strong than the first, but detonates with a brighter flash. You can also prepare a more powerful composition with regard to detonation. This requires 7 parts nitrate, 2 pieces of sulfur and 2 parts aluminium powder. To begin with, you should stir the nitrate and sulfur, and then arrange them in a small saucepan and heat 120 degrees Celsius. As a result, the sulfur will go into a liquid state and soak the nitrate. Then the composition cools down and hardens. The resulting mass needs to be ground to a powdered state. Then a measured amount of aluminium powder and a little acetone are added to it. The composition is mixed, pressed into a special casing of cardboard and dried for 2 days. At the end of this time, this product acquires a phenomenal ability to detonate.
