FRANK SESNO is an Emmy Award–winning journalist and interviewer with more than thirty years of experience reporting from around the world. Well known for his work as anchor, White House correspondent, and talk-show host on CNN, he continues to engage with some of the world’s leading personalities as a nationally renowned moderator and through the Conversation Series at The George Washington University.
Frank has interviewed five U.S. presidents, international heads of state, business leaders, and a wide array of globally influential figures throughout his career.
Frank currently serves as director of The George Washington University’s School of Media and Public Affairs, where he works with a world-class faculty and teaches classes on journalism ethics, documentary, sustainability reporting, and the art of the interview. He continues to appear on CNN, NPR, and in other media, discussing journalism, politics, and current events. In 2008, Frank launched planetforward.org, where people tell stories to inspire the future.
