1 pint sour cream

1 pound cottage cheese

6 eggs, lightly beaten

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 tablespoons sugar

6 ounces of dried apricots,

cut in small pieces

¼ cup slivered almonds

Pour cooked noodles in a bowl and mix in butter pieces. In a separate bowl mix the sour cream and cottage cheese. Add the beaten eggs and mix until blended. Mix in vanilla and sugar. Mix in the apricot pieces. Combine mixture with the noodles. Pour into a greased 9-by-13-inch pan.

Bake at 400° for 15 minutes. Lower oven temperature to 350° and bake 1 hour.

Can be eaten hot or cold.
