I think most of us are like that. we live in such a crazy and busy world. The reasons that create that feeling of anticipation should be removed from the mind and those reasons should not be visited again. For example, don’t think that by watching a scary movie, I will become brave and overcome my fear. fear affects your spiritual resources so negatively that you end up ruining your life. but if you can completely eliminate negative emotions and stress, even if the worst happens, you will notice that you will have enough strength and courage. you can face any negative emotions head on and resolve the problem through internal negotiation. a two-way internal dialogue – one is a negative emotion, and the other is an intention, desire, and effort to overcome that emotion.
Remember: fear, anxiety, and worry are about the future, and worry and anxiety are about the past, and all of this is happening in the present, in the present moment, in your brain.

Pride weakens a person’s courage and ability to make decisions, it makes him dishonorable in order to make himself dignified. He considers it reasonable and suitable work for him. The more he does it, the more he enjoys it, and as a result, he forces himself to violate the principles of truth.
