Gay “marriage” was just a red herring and a distraction to divert attention away from their true agenda. It wasn’t really about “marriage” it was about getting ahold of children. Gay couples are legally allowed to adopt children and lesbians can buy sperm from a sperm bank and impregnate themselves, and then are legally awarded custody of the child.
Despite all the debates about the gay “marriage” issue before the Supreme Court ruled on it in 2015, you never heard a word about gay adoption, because it flew under the radar. Why there isn’t a national outrage over two gay men being allowed to adopt children is beyond me.
A 24-year-old woman who was conceived by a lesbian after she and her “wife” decided to allow a man to have sex with one of them, spoke out against same-sex couples having children because of the unnatural environment they’re forced to be raised in. She said voices like hers are rarely heard because, “nobody wants to hear about the other side of the rainbow. The side that is not catered for, that don’t grow up happy and grow up with a dissenting idea of what a family structure should be.”542
The victim said, “I knew that I loved both of my parents but I could not place my finger on what it is I was missing inside myself,” adding, “When I hit school I started to realize through observing other children and their loving bonds with their fathers that I really was missing out on something special.”543
She said she was lied to by the lesbians who raised her about where she came from. “I was lied to throughout school, I was told that I didn’t have a father or that perhaps they didn’t know who he was.”544
“We [children of same-sex couples] want our mothers and fathers,” she pleaded. “I don’t understand why society is so fiercely rejecting such a natural concept that is acceptable in every other family structure.”545
The woman who wrote a book titled Raising My Rainbow documenting her insane ideas about bringing up genderless children has a son who felt he needed to “come out” to her as straight! “Mom, I’m straight. It’s time you faced the facts,” he told her. “I know what you’re doing. You always leave it open, like I could be gay. But I’m not.”546
She later admitted, “By trying to eliminate the need for a gay son to come out, I created an environment where a straight son felt the need to come out.”547 So it appears she did everything she could to try “gay up” her kids, but the oldest one at least, was still in tune with his biological drives and had to finally tell her to stop treating him like he should be gay.
Movie Characters
When Marvel’s new Captain America: Civil War film came out in 2016, liberals took to Twitter to complain that Captain America was straight. Vanity Fair’s review of the movie said it was great, except for what they called “the one flaw” of not including a subplot of Captain America and his friend Bucky being gay lovers.548
In earlier versions of the film they were depicted as chasing girls and having girlfriends, but the Leftists had a fantasy that Captain America (played by Chris Evans) would hook up with his best friend Bucky and when he didn’t, they were upset about it.
The same type of hysteria spread when Disney announced they were making part two of their hit Frozen, causing “Give Elsa a Girlfriend” to trend on Twitter from so many people tweeting that they wanted Disney to depict her as a lesbian in the sequel.549
When the new Star Wars film The Force Awakens was about to be released in 2015, the same thing happened when they wanted Luke Skywalker to be gay. Mark Hamill who plays the character said fans kept asking him, “Could Luke be gay?” and he said, “If you think Luke is gay, of course he is. You should not be ashamed of it.”550 This is particularly strange because those familiar with the franchise know that before he learned Princess Leia was his sister, he had a crush on her as both he and Han Solo competed for her affection.
Just before Solo: A Star Wars Story was released in the summer of 2018, the writer said that Han Solo’s friend Lando Calrissian is a “pansexual,” meaning not only is he bisexual, but he doesn’t have a preference for gender identity either (meaning he would have sex with transgender “men” or “women”).551
“I would have loved to have gotten a more explicitly LGBT character into this movie,” said Johnathan Kasden, who wrote the screenplay. “I think it’s time, certainly, for that, and I love the fluidity ― sort of the spectrum of sexuality that [he] appeals to and that droids are a part of.”552
When Beauty and the Beast was made into a live-action film in 2017, they included a same sex couple in a dance scene. When Marvel’s Black Panther came out in February 2018 it was widely celebrated for portraying a black “super hero,” but that wasn’t progressive enough. Liberals were upset there were no gay characters included.553
When the production of the Harry Potter spinoff Fantastic Beasts Part 2: The Crimes of Grindelwald was announced, liberals were furious that Dumbledore wouldn’t be depicted as “explicitly gay” despite J.K. Rowling claiming years earlier that the headmaster of Hogwarts was a homosexual.554
After Marvel’s Infinity War came out, it caused the same reaction by the crazies. One critic denounced the film, saying, “The total lack of queer characters in ‘Infinity War’ indicates a problem in the comic book industry.”555 It wasn’t just one disgruntled critic. Social media was flooded with disappointment, including a “queer cartoonist” named Kate Leth who tweeted that even though there were so many different super heroes in Infinity War, she was upset because not a single one was queer.556
The LGBT lobbying group GLAAD is pressuring movie studios to include major gay characters in 20% of their films by the year 2021 and 50% of all films by the year 2024.557 Gay people only make up about one and a half percent of the population (although they’d like you to believe it’s around 30%) so why does such a small group of people need to be depicted in half of the movies?
It’s not enough to just include them, they want them to be major parts of the plot, saying, “Studios must do better to include more LGBTQ characters, and construct those stories in a way that is directly tied to the film’s plot… Far too often LGBTQ characters and stories are relegated to subtext, and it is left up to the audience to interpret or read into a character as being LGBTQ.”558
Emojis
Soon after emojis became popular and smartphones started including them on the keyboard, Leftists were upset that all of the ones featuring families consisted of a man and a woman with children, so they demanded “gay emojis” and of course Apple was more than happy to oblige.
In 2012 they released their “diversity emojis” including lesbians and gays with children.559 That wasn’t “diverse” enough though, so a few years later they released androgynous and gender non-conforming emojis too.
In 2016 Apple also changed the gun emoji from a realistic looking revolver to a fluorescent green squirt gun, a move that was later followed by Samsung, Facebook Twitter, Google, and Microsoft. People were upset that the gun was included in the emoji keyboard because they considered it a “symbol of violence,” and so they pressed Apple to change it by tweeting the hashtag #DisarmTheiPhone.560
