“That’s okay.”
She’d gotten another orgasm out of it, so sure, it was okay. Dag shifted to the side, Chris slowly pulled out of her slick heat, and the three of them stretched out on the bed, bodies pressed together at their sides. Chris laid his hand on Kassidy’s back, his fingers brushing what he realized was Dag’s hand, also stroking her. He turned his face into her hair, just breathing in her scent.
“You guys,” Kassidy whispered. “What you did to me…”
“Oh yeah. You deserve it, sweetheart. You’re so damn hot and sweet.”
“I’ve never… Oh god.”
Chris lifted his head and smoothed her hair off her face, smiling down at her. “Good?”
“So good.” She blinked at him then she turned her head to Dag, lying there watching them, his hand still resting on the small of her back.
“C’mere,” Dag said. And he moved his face toward her and kissed her. As their mouths joined, Chris stroked a hand down her sleek back, over the curve of her ass then back up. Awe and amazement swelled in him, along with a touch of disbelief that this had happened.
He’d thought that had all ended when Dag had left. And he was being completely honest when he said he hadn’t missed it. The threesomes. Because there was nobody else he’d ever do it with. And now, only Kassidy. Just these two people who meant the most to him and who he now shared with each other.
Kassidy awoke in the morning to a feeling of heavy heat, surrounded by two men in the king-size bed.
Oh dear god. She was in bed with two men.
What had they done?
She squeezed her eyes closed and her body tensed as if trying to shrink away from the two male naked bodies on either side of her. Images ran through her mind, reliving highlights of last night, and she almost groaned aloud.
She searched inside herself for her feelings about all this, trying to figure them out. Because she had a lot of feelings and they were all tangled up into a mass inside her and indecipherable. She guessed that was called confusion.
There was no denying the arousal that lingered, low down in her womb, an insistent throb that couldn’t possibly mean she wanted more sex. Could it? Holy crap. She’d had three orgasms last night by the time they fell asleep and that was a first. Her body tingled at the thought.
Chris. Oh god, Chris. Terror at what he might be feeling today gripped her and stole her breath. But as she went over things in her mind, she knew he’d wanted to do it too. Unless her memory was playing tricks on her, she didn’t think it was a case of him being pushed to do something he didn’t want. Truly, he’d made her feel strong and special and amazing for doing that. She’d seen no signs of jealousy, just…arousal.
If she’d done anything that would hurt Chris, she didn’t think she could survive it. If he woke up and was upset about this, she was going to die. She couldn’t shake the vague guilty feeling that she’d cheated on him with his best friend. Except he’d been right there, participating. She pressed a hand to her stomach, quivering with nerves.
And with even more guilt, she had to admit she’d enjoyed every minute of it. Which was also freaking her out a bit.
What did that say about her, the fact that she’d enjoyed it so much? The pleasure of having two men focus all their attention on her, telling her how beautiful she was, how hot, how sexy, knowing they couldn’t keep their hands off her, knowing when they got inside her they came so fast and hard there was no question that she’d aroused them.
That was about the hottest thing of all.
She stretched her aching body, trying not to disturb the sleeping men, her thighs sticky and sore. Even her jaw twinged a little, from giving two blow jobs, and oh dear god, Dag had a huge cock.
Dag. What about him? How was he going to feel today? For some reason she wasn’t so concerned about him, and it wasn’t that she didn’t care about him, it was more a feeling that he’d been the instigator, and that his wicked bad-boy image meant he’d likely done this before and thought nothing of it.
Of course, Chris had done it before too.
That boggled her mind. She turned her head on the pillow to look first at Chris then at Dag, his dark face soft in sleep, his jaw shaded with stubble, the wicked look replaced with vulnerability. She longed to reach out and brush his hair off his forehead or rub her fingers over that sexy tattoo on his arm but she restrained herself.
Who was this man? This man who walked back into their lives and had them doing depraved, sinful things. Chris and Kassidy, the poster couple for nice and normal, nothing but vanilla and commitment.
Would they do that again? Or was that just a one-time, hot-as-sin night of decadent pleasure? What did this all mean? What would happen now?
As she studied Dag, his eyelashes fluttered, long and dark against his high cheekbones, and then he opened his eyes. His mouth tipped up at the corners when he saw her.
“Kassidy.” His voice was a low rasp.
She gave him a tremulous smile back, filled with uncertainty.
He reached for her, not saying another word, pulled her head down to his chest and wrapped his arms around her, so big, so strong, so hot.
“Are you okay?” he whispered to her.
“I don’t know.”
For a moment they were silent as he stroked her hair. The tenderness of the gesture eased some of the panic fluttering inside her. “Are you regretting what we did?” he finally asked.
“I-I’m not sure.” How could she tell him that it depended on Chris’s reaction? That was her biggest fear, that Chris would see her differently, or be pissed off that she’d gone along with things and actually given his best friend a blow job. Her stomach tightened unpleasantly.
“Lots of people would think this is wrong,” Dag said. “Immoral. Evil.”
“Um. Yeah.”
“I’ve done things that are bad. Really bad.”
“You have?” She stared at him, concern pinching her eyebrows together.
“Yeah. Things I’m not going to talk about. I just want you to know that when I did those things, I felt…bad. Degraded. Like I wanted to puke, sometimes.”
“Oh Dag.” Her body tightened and ached for him, her eyes searching his face. What on earth could he have done that was that bad?
“But this didn’t feel like that. It’s never felt like that with Chris…and now…with you. It’s…” He closed his eyes against her inquiring, anxious scrutiny. “This feels…right.”
Her breath squeezed out of her as she continued to stare at him. Curiosity pricked her and she wanted to know more about what he’d done, what he had to compare this to, because lord knew, she had nothing. An emotion, soft and warm, unfurled from the mass in her chest and that emotion she recognized—as caring. She cared about Dag.
He was Chris’s best friend, and even though she’d only known him a week, she hoped he was now her friend too.
Then she gave a snort of laughter that had his eyes flying open.
“What’s so funny?” His thick, straight eyebrows sloped together.
“I was just thinking that I hope you and I are friends now too, but then the ludicrousness of that hit me.” She choked on another little laugh and he grinned.
“Very good friends,” he said with an evil lift of one eyebrow. Then his smile softened. “I mean that, Kassidy.”
Chris made a noise beside them and she turned to look at him. He was awake too. His eyes met hers. “Kass, sweetie.”
She rolled toward him, giving Dag her back, not trying to be rude, but that moment was between Chris and her, an important, private moment. Lying on the pillow, they stared at each other, all her questions and uncertainties no doubt visible in her eyes. Her stomach squeezed, her heart thudded as she waited for him to say something.
