Referencing an article found online [118], in which the astronomer Parke Kunkle wrote for NBC news, he states that due to the Earth's changing alignment in the last 3000 years, the sign you were born into is now different than it was long ago. Additionally, a 13th Zodiac sign called Ophiuchus, which falls between Scorpio and Sagittarius, should amend the existing twelve signs.
"This is not something that happened today. This has gone on for thousands of years," says Kunkle. “Because of this change of tilt, the Earth is really over here in effect and Sun is in a different constellation than it was 3,000 years ago."
The constellation of Ophiuchus is located near the celestial equator and is typically depicted as a man wrangling a serpent. "Ophiuchus" means "serpent-bearer" in Greek. One of several different characters from Greek mythology that Ophiuchus was thought to represent was Asclepius the healer. The snake is often associated with doctors, thanks to Thoth’s Caduceus, so Ophiuchus is often associated with healing images. The Romans also associated the constellation with Asclepius, who learned the secret to immortality by watching one serpent treat another serpent with healing herbs. Zeus summarily killed Asclepius with a lightning bolt because he didn't want everyone to be immortal, but later honored his good deeds by giving him a spot in the heavens. Sounds like something Enlil would do.

This story sounds just like the god of wrath and vengeance given his bad behavior in Mesopotamia, given the consciousness-suppressing activities Enlil exhibits from the Atrahasis account forward in his relationship to mankind.
The sign Ophiuchus can be found in the Sidereal Zodiac used by Hindu astrologers. The Sidereal Zodiac's astrological sign dates are based on a moving Zodiac which has shifted almost one full sign from the fixed zodiac with 12 signs still in use today. Thus, modern stargazers should technically be using these dates, shown below, which reflect the current alignment of the Sun, Earth and stars augmented with the missing sign of Ophiuchus.

Each Zodiac sign is provided with a slice of the 360 degree circle. There are different models, some which divide the twelve signs evenly provisioning thirty degrees per sign. Others allocate different degrees to each sign based its actual transit time. Thus, using this method, not all Zodiac signs have the same duration [45]. The Anunnaki relied on the accurate time-keeping priests and temple calendars to observe the heavens and track the precessional sign the earth was in. Temples aligned either to equinox or solstice points on the Eastern horizon, often had segmented viewing regions partitioned into either equivalent Zodiac house models, implying thirty degrees for each house, or unequal viewing segments based on their measured degrees in the specific Zodiac sign. Temples in use that exceeded the viewing azimuth for a given Zodiacal house, were sometimes re-oriented along a new viewing axis. This costly oversight would have led to a more circular design structure like that used in Stone Henge, allowing the architecture to adapt to the moving processional azimuths.
Archeoastronomy is a new science that takes into account the building alignment as a function of which Zodiacal house the sun would be rising in during that time period. Using this method has helped archeologists date stone structures that may be devoid of carbon-datable material [115]. Wikipedia has a nice write up on the subject for those inclined to try it using software.
Rulership was an important part of the transfer of kingship from Nibiru to Earth. The Sumerian King’s list provides a detailed, yet hard to believe record that dates back over 400,000 years ago. Given the ready affiliation of the Anunnaki namesakes with the known planets in our solar system, it should come as no surprise that the method chosen to justify a change in rulership was established in the heavens. The jockeying for power and position on the Council of Twelve rose to saber rattling intensity levels as the Zodiacal houses changed. Consider our current Age change from Pisces to Aquarius, council change time and the headlines indicate the DARK and the LIGHT gods are at war once more!!! My recommendation to the reader is to stay on the sidelines and not be used as a destructive pawn any longer. Counsel your sons and daughters to avoid military service given the destructive and dishonorable missions they are being assigned. Just say no!
From the “Wars of Gods and Men”, Sitchin describes a scenario in which Marduk makes a power grab approximately 24 years too early. The ability to accurately measure which Zodiacal house the sun was rising in was critical to those in power. Affiliating namesakes with planets was the ultimate power play. The following table shows the planets, their distance from the sun, and the solar orbital period in days. The information for Nibiru is not available (yet), although the orbital period was clearly specified as 3,600 Earth years. See Table 8.

Fibonacci Sequenc
Several authors have pointed out the use of the Golden Mean Rectangle in various temples designsaround the world. Recall that the fractional number of 1.618 has been declared the divine creation ratio, or (Phi), it is derived from examining the Fibonacci Sequence which specifies the design ratio that also shows up in the heavens. The sequence is:

The ratio is derived by dividing a number in the sequence by its n-1 antecedent. Do this enough times and you will see the ratio converges to 1.618, rather quickly.
